San Francisco Restaurants
Unbelievable Food in San Francisco!
I want to see the major cities in the world. Hence my blog title "Picture the World"...I'm trying to do so with my Sony A-77!
My first blog post will be about San Francisco Food since I was just there in April 2013 for my 10th Anniversary. You can't go wrong in San Fran for food but here are my favorites!
1. Chaya Brasserie
415.777.8688
132 The Embarcadero
San Francisco, CA 94105
I ordered the special of Black Cod. It was marinated with soy sauce and was blackened perfectly. The laid it on top of a bed of brown rice with breaded asparagus. Each bite was mouth watering.
Doesn't this look good?
2.Mona Lisa
353 Columbus Ave
(between Grant Ave & Vallejo St)
San Francisco, CA 94133

Mona Lisa why aren't you around the corner from me? It's a small little Italian Restaurant that's in North Beach. My suggestion is if you like Italian just try the three Italian restaurants right next to the Mona Lisa (one night at a time). We had a dessert at every one of them. You shouldn't be scared to walk into the Mom and Pop places because they are phenomenal in North Beach.
We also tried the Stinking Rose in North Beach. My husband had a garlic pizza. Watch out it literally has the entire clove on top of the pizza. We love garlic but this was a little different.
